"It is better to give than to receive", a very famous saying almost everyone know. We usually hear this phrase or saying being used during tithes and offering portion of a church service, but we, here in Technoalloy Tooling Technologies, Inc. would like to use this as we now empower the social responsibility of the company.
Catering students of Technological University of the Philippines - Cavite to have their on-the-job training in our humble abode is a mere start. The program kicked-off way back 2004, which produced our very own and competitive production people. The also company welcomes freshmen students from the same univeristy (mostly Mechanical and Production Engineering Technology students) to visit out facilities as part of the university thrust to improve the delivery of their instructional services. First-hand experience will help theories to be alive in every student's mind.
Now, as we are in the verge og reching our 10th year of existence as a corporation, we welcome our doors to another institution which we will do the same, just what we are doing to TUP-Cavite. Sister of Mary (SOM) Technical Education Institute Cavite, Inc., in partnership with Technoalloy further train and mold aspiring and deserving young men from the poorest of the poor families. Then company will not just be giving venue and oppurtunity from SOM students to be trained and apply their acquired knowledge in real setting, but we are also considering giving employment to trainees who will demonstrate outstanding performance and fine work attitude.
As we continue to receive blessing from Above, we will never stop bestowing back to people and community arond us through the OJT program of the company.
Hoping that this will be the start of the many activities and projects as part of our social responsibility.
